Aire Valley Fire Ltd is a private fire-protection house at 55 Fountain Street. We supply, install and service extinguishers, run training on your floor, and write fire risk assessments. We are not West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue. We are the kit, the drill and the paper that keep a mill, a shop or a warehouse honest between the bells.

01 — The valley
Named for the Aire. Based in Morley. Called when the cylinder is due.
The company was incorporated on 7 April 2026 as a private limited company in England and Wales. The registered office is 55 Fountain Street, Morley, Leeds LS27 0AA. Our filed activity is fire service activities: fire fighting and fire prevention as a private house, not as a public brigade. If you need 999, you call 999. The Aire runs from Malham through Skipton, Keighley, Bingley, Shipley, Leeds and out toward Castleford. Morley sits on the south side of that working city. Mills, units, shops, schools, care rooms and the new floors that replaced the old ones still need a kit that has been looked at this year, not last decade.
Fountain Street is an office and a dispatch point. It is not a fire station with a pole and a public counter. Arrive only when we have given you a time. Most of the work happens on your site, with a van that already holds the common cylinders.
02 — Kit
Pick the agent. The wall does not get to guess.
A fire protection visit starts with what is already hanging, and what should be. Choose an agent. The note on the right is the short version we would still say in the room.
Water
Class A solids: wood, paper, fabric, the ordinary mill contents. Not for live electrical cabinets, not for cooking oil, not for a store of flammable liquids. If the only cylinder on a joinery floor is powder because it was cheap, say so. We will tell you whether that is still the right hang.
Foam
Class A and many Class B liquid risks when the manufacturer’s listing allows it. Useful in stores that still keep oils and solvents without pretending they are a refinery. Foam is not a personality. It is a film on a liquid fire.
Carbon dioxide
Electrical rooms, server cupboards, the kit that dies if you drown it. CO2 leaves no powder ghost on a circuit. It also leaves no mercy if you use it in a tiny unventilated cupboard with a person still in it. Training is not optional for this one.
Powder
A blunt instrument that covers more classes than people remember, and makes more mess than people budget for. Vehicle bays and some plant rooms still want it. A carpeted office usually does not. We will argue with a catalogue that hung powder everywhere in 2009.
Wet chemical
Deep-fat fryers and the kitchens that still work them. If your risk assessment says “kitchen” and the wall says water, the wall is wrong. We will not service a lie. We will replace it.
03 — Drill
Three jobs. One van. Your floor, not ours.
Extinguishers
Supply, installation and maintenance. Annual service in line with BS 5306. Extended service when the year on the cylinder says so. We would rather finish in one visit than book a sequel for a missing 2kg.
Training
Fire awareness and marshal work on your site. A certificate is a record, not a personality transplant. We will still make people pick up a cylinder so the first time is not the night.
Risk assessment
Non-domestic premises need a written fire risk assessment under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. We walk, we write, we leave actions you can actually do. A binder that nobody opens is not compliance.
Survey
If you do not know what hangs on the wall, we will look. No charge for a first look that only counts cylinders and signs. You still have to write if you want a date.
Book the floor
Hours, access, and whether the alarm will have a tester in the building.
Read the hanging kit
Type, weight, last service, and whether the sign still matches the cylinder.
Service or swap
Do the year. Replace what has failed. Do not sticker a dead gauge.
Leave the paper
A record you can find next April. The desk will remind. You still own the wall.

A new company, not a new river
The Ltd is months old. The Aire is not. We named the house for the valley we actually drive, not for a brand that could sit in any business park in England.
Annual means this year
BS 5306 is not a vibe. If the last sticker is 2024, do not wait for a letter from a stranger. Write. We will put you on the round.
Training without a cylinder is a slideshow
People remember the weight in the hand. We bring kit. If your room cannot take a discharge demonstration, say so. We will still make them hold the thing.
A kitchen is not an office with a kettle
Wet chemical exists because fat fires laugh at water. If you fry, the wall should already know.
The public brigade is not a maintenance contract
They will come when it is already a fire. Our job is the dull year before that. We will not dress it up as heroism.

Company number 17141509. Fire service activities on the filing. The valley already had mills, kitchens and units. The Ltd is the name we put on the van and the paper.

If you control non-domestic premises, yes. The 2005 Order is not optional. We will walk the building and leave actions, not a novel.
Only if we have already agreed a time. It is a registered office in Morley, not a trade counter with a bell. Most kit is fitted on your wall.
